I need a good, free, easy GIF-compiler for Windows. I have the Doyle headshots all typed on and ready to go; now I just have to animate them and I'll be ready to have my first icon!

Oh, heck, this is feeling Sisyphian, so I'll just upload something I stole from Masq a long time ago.
